PUSTOSH

The site has a total area of 25 hectares.
The customers purchased it with an already built house,
bathhouse and garage. The project was carried out
at the stage of internal finishing of the house.

The owners wanted to hide from the neighbours' view,
avoid steps on the site as there was a large ground drop
from the house to the bathhouse, a children's area,
a fire pit area and a place of privacy with a fountain,
as well as a summer kitchen next to the bathhouse.

The design decision of the site has several basic techniques:
symmetry in the front zone and the "cross" technique,
which creates a successful arrangement of paths connecting
the main functional zones on the plot. The design decision
of the site was formed after the perspective of the site
was changed: the idea moved away from the linear
\arrangement of buildings and paths suggested
by the customers. This was the decision that maximised
the potential of the site.

Alley cropping of deciduous bole trees, arrays of flowering
perennials, accent conifers, hydrangeas, semi-alley planting
of beautiful tall spruces.

Our medium-term plans included the construction
of an all-season swimming pool, which we designed
in advance so that all the work would be carried out in
an integrated and logical manner, with the possibility
of phasing the work.
